Overview
A Certificate of Completion records the course and verified recipient associated with earned completion. Issuance is recorded by the application.
Guest previews use an example learner. A signed-in learner’s unearned preview keeps the name and course title readable while the rest remains blurred.
Steps
- Open the course’s Certificate section to review the preview.
- Open Certificates in the application for your actual eligibility and issued records.
- Check the course, official recipient name, status, and credential details.
- Use the issued certificate’s actions only when the application marks it as issued.
Important details
A screenshot or clear preview is not evidence of issuance. A pending or revoked record is not a currently valid issued credential.
